Terms & Policies
Bodywork Services are for clients located in Austin only. At this time, Sirena Holistic Health Services provides in-person services in the comfort of your own home. For in-person bodywork and Reiki services, therapist will provide massage table, sheets, essential oils, massage lotion, and music. Clients are welcome to provide anything else that will contribute to their comfort and relaxation. Long-distance Reiki and health coaching services are available via video conference.
Clients receiving bodywork/Reiki services are to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga pants or shorts and a sports bra are ideal. Please have a private area available that will be uninterrupted during session. Have anything that will contribute to relaxation ready to go: candles, music, lighting, essential oils, etc.
24 Hour cancellation policy. We understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. As courtesy, please provide at least 24 hours notice and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled services.
Late fee/no show:
Clients that schedule a service via video conference will be charged 50% of session for no shows. All sessions begin at time service was scheduled, clients are expected to pay in full despite being late to session. If services are conducted at client’s home, session will begin when practitioner sets up table, full time slot of service will be given.
I understand that these Mind, Body & Spirit services should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and that I should see a physician, psychologist, chiropractor or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment of which I am aware. I understand that Mind, Body & Spirit practitioners are not qualified to diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such. Because Mind, Body & Spirit services should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly. I agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part should I fail to do so. I understand that a written doctor’s order must be received before mind, body, spirit services are performed if I am under doctor’s supervision for any medical condition.
I understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session, and I will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment. I understand that if I feel uncomfortable at any point during the session, I will immediately inform the practitioner so that the service can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will immediately inform the practitioner if I wish to terminate services at any point during the session.
I understand that the Mind, Body & Spirit services I receive are provided for the purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. This may assist me to relax and connect with my peaceful, centered self of love, while allowing me to connect to my own innate wisdom to guide me during my healing process. This may support me to maintain my health, recover from illness or be better able to cope with current life situations, so I can lead a more healthy and joyful life. If I experience any pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform the practitioner so that the service can be adjusted to my level of comfort.
